Enquiries, not orders

This website does not sell products online and takes no payment. Sending an enquiry is a request for a quotation. An order is confirmed only when you and SJM agree prices, quantities, delivery and payment terms in writing (for example in the enquiry chat or by email).

We try to keep product photos, codes and descriptions accurate. Colours, finishes and packaging can vary slightly by batch. Please confirm any detail that matters to you before ordering.

Prices and availability

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Stock and prices can change until an order is confirmed.

You log in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile. Keep access to that email or number secure. Please share only accurate details and files you have the right to share.

Don't misuse the website — for example by sending spam, uploading harmful files or trying to access other customers' enquiries.
