Privacy policy

SJM Imports Pvt Ltd (“SJM”, “we”) runs this website so that businesses, schools and retailers can send stationery enquiries. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Details you give us — your name, email, mobile number, company, city and GSTIN when you log in or send an enquiry.
• Your enquiries and chat — products, quantities, notes, messages and files you share with our team.
• Basic technical data — the page you arrived from and campaign tags (for example from an advert) so we know how you found us.
• Analytics and advertising cookies — only if you accept them in the cookie banner (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar tools).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and keep you updated by email.
• To verify your login with a one-time code. We never ask for a password.
• To understand which products and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve our range and service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website (hosting, email delivery, analytics) and only as needed.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your enquiry list. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and chats for as long as needed to serve you and meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@sjmstationery.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
